MEMORANDUM DECISION

ORME, Judge:

¶ 1 On August 16, 2000, Ted K. Godfrey was appointed to represent Defendant in his appeal from his conviction for carrying a concealed dangerous weapon in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-504(1) (1999), a class B misdemeanor, and from his conviction of driving on suspension or revocation1 in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 53-3-227(1) (1999), a class C misdemeanor.
