Adolph (A.J.), Frank Adolph (Frank), and Mark Adolph (Mark) (collectively, the Adolphs), in their suit for damages allegedly suffered because the Defendants breached the fiduciary duty which they owed to Plaintiffs as the owners and officers of the corporation of which Plaintiffs were creditors...
