Opinion by Justice GRANT.

Augustus Cennent Freeman appeals his conviction for felony driving while intoxicated. Freeman pleaded guilty to the charge and pleaded "true" to having previously and finally been convicted of two felonies. Freeman did not plead guilty pursuant to a plea bargaining agreement.
