After a bench trial, defendant was convicted of possession of less than twenty-five grams of heroin1 and carrying a concealed weapon.2 On appeal, defendant argued that the concealed weapon conviction was not supported by the evidence. The Court of Appeals affirmed on authority of People v. Marrow, 210 Mich.App. 455,
