OPINION

TOM GRAY, Justice.

Villalpando pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated. Tex. Rev.Civ. Stat. art. 6701l-1(b). The misdemeanor conviction at issue was used to enhance a subsequent DWI charge to a felony. Villalpando filed a writ of habeas corpus with the convicting court of the misdemeanor conviction. The writ of habeas corpus was denied on the merits. Villalpando appeals.
