This action arose in state court over the nonpayment of disability benefits. Plaintiffs Rajaram Patil ("Patil") and Saroj Patil brought suit seeking the payment of benefits from defendants Prudential Insurance Company of America, Texas Medical Association Insurance Trust, United States Life Insurance Company, AMA Insurance Agency, Pruco Life Insurance Company of Texas, and Sentry Life Insurance Company.
