¶ 1 After her first trial, a jury convicted appellant Alice Jeffrey of four counts of disorderly conduct and one count of theft by control, but could not reach a verdict on four kidnapping charges. Following her second trial, a new jury convicted Jeffrey on all kidnapping counts.
