Plaintiff Wilkerson filed suit under the North Carolina Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act ("REDA") against Defendant Pilkington North America, Inc. ("Pilkington" or "Defendant"), alleging that she was wrongfully terminated for pursuing workers' compensation benefits.
