PER CURIAM:

This attorney discipline action arises out of a dispute over litigation expenses between an attorney (Local Counsel) and his client (Client), which developed following a successful mediation (the mediation) conducted by the Office of the Circuit Mediator for this Court (the OCM).1 Local Counsel and Client agreed to resolve their "expense dispute"
