Appellants Southern Management Corporation and Woodland Landing Limited Partnership appeal from the October 30, 2000 verdict that was returned against them in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. The jury found in favor of appellee Tamara Mariner, who was awarded $24,565 for past medical expenses, $21,000 for future medical expenses,1 $10,500 for lost earnings, a stipulated property damage award in the amount of $6,000...
