OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Appellant Jorge Abrego was convicted of three counts of sale of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. The alleged sales took place at Abrego's home which was located near an elementary school in Winnemucca, Nevada. As a result, Abrego's sentence was enhanced pursuant to NRS 453.33451 for selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a school.
