Plaintiff-Appellant Ronald Stephen Satterfield ("Satterfield") appeals the district court's partial grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees, Renata E. Bluhm, M.D. ("Bluhm") and Occupatient Medical Services, P.C. ("Occupatient") ("defendants").
