The Mississippi Employment Security Commission ("MESC") appeals an order of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial District of Jasper County, Mississippi, reversing the decision of the MESC finding Donny E. Jones ineligible to receive unemployment benefits for failing to report income received as a part-time alderman.
