Plaintiff Cynthia Webb appeals a jury verdict in her favor against Raymond Burkart and Allstate Insurance Company. Webb alleged injuries in a sequence of collisions on February 22, 1998. First, her vehicle, a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder, was struck in the side by a car owned by Flora Horton, a Mercury Cougar, as Horton backed out of her driveway.
