[¶ 1.] In this workers' compensation case, the claimant argues (1) that several ailments, including fibromyalgia and chronic myofascial pain, arose out of injuries she suffered several years before when she fell through a trap door while working for her employer, and (2) that she should be awarded temporary total and partial disability benefits.
