Hyndman's license to practice law in this state for professional misconduct consisting of his neglect of legal matters and his dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation to his clients, commingling of personal and client funds, failure to maintain complete records of client funds in his possession and promptly pay those funds to clients upon request...
