Contrary to the plaintiff's contention, the Supreme Court correctly found that an issue of fact exists as to whether the plaintiff maintained supervision and control over all, or only some, of the bridges in question (see Village Law § 6-604; Zuckerman v City of New York, 49 N.Y.2d 557).
