This case arose out of a tragic crime spree committed in Terrebonne Parish by Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office (TPSO) Deputy Chad Ray Louviere on October 17, 1996. While we have great sympathy for the victims and families of these tragic crimes, we note that we are constrained to follow the law.
