SOUTHWICK, P.J., for the court.

¶ 1. A circuit court jury found Robert Anthony guilty of murder. He was sentenced as an habitual offender. On appeal, Anthony argues that his constitutional right to a speedy trial was abridged, that evidence was erroneously admitted, and that the court should have directed a verdict for him or granted a new trial. We find Anthony's arguments lack merit and affirm.
