The appellants, Sharon and Robert Gilmore, were arrested in the Wal-Mart parking lot after buying various items including three packages of antihistamines, four cans of starter fluid, some butane, and an air freshener. A search of their car revealed four more packages of antihistamines and some butane tanks.
