Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Greene County, John Cecil Rowland (Defendant) was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, § 195.211 RSMo.2000. Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of thirteen years. He appeals his conviction and sentence.
