PER CURIAM.

The defendants,1 Christine Fappiano and Shoreline Real Estate Company, appeal from the judgment of the trial court, rendered on the third count of the complaint, ordering them to pay the sum of $5000 as a penalty, $15,000 for attorney's fees and costs of $545.55.2 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
