In October 1993, Thomas Terwilliger, filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, seeking to end his seventeen-year marriage to Judith Terwilliger, the Appellant herein. Mr. Terwilliger drafted a marital settlement agreement providing for custody, visitation, and support of the couple's two minor children, as well as division of the couple's marital property and debts.
