Elizer Eugene Darris, appellant, appeals from his conviction of first-degree murder during the commission of an aggravated robbery in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.185(3) (2000) for the July 15, 1999, killing of Cornelius Rodgers. Appellant claims that there is insufficient evidence to support his conviction of first-degree felony murder or the jury's verdict that he was guilty of second-degree intentional murder in violation...
