[¶ 1] Matthew Torrie appeals from the order entered in the Superior Court (Franklin County, Studstrup, J.) denying his motion to dismiss1 the criminal indictment brought against him pursuant to 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253(1)(A) (1983).
