SCHROEDER, Justice.

This is a medical malpractice case. Sharon Grover (Grover) suffered a stroke while undergoing oral surgery at Dr. W.E. Isom's office in Ontario, Oregon. The case was tried in Payette County, Idaho. The jury found that Dr. Isom breached the standard of care, but that his certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) did not. However, the jury found that Grover was 100 percent responsible for her own injuries...
