This is an appeal from a ruling of the Bankruptcy Court denying the Trustee's complaint to avoid a security interest. The issue concerns two commercial vehicle lease agreements entered into by the debtor with defendant Dealers Leasing, Inc. The Trustee alleged that the lease agreements were in fact disguised sales and security agreements and filed a complaint to avoid the allegedly unperfected security...
