In this civil action, plaintiff Louvinia Jones ("Jones") has sued defendant Reichert Jung, Inc. ("Jung") seeking damages for personal injuries. Jones lives in Baltimore City, and Jung is a corporation with its principal office in Buffalo, New York. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
