¶ 1. This appeal arises from a modification of a California child support order by the Forrest County Chancery Court. The parent paying support appeals. He argues that the court lacked jurisdiction to rule on the modification. We find that both parties in writing consented to the jurisdiction of the chancellor concerning modification of child support. There are procedural requirements yet to be fulfilled to make that consent effective...
