The plaintiff, Labor Ready Northeast, Inc., appeals the decision of the Superior Court (Fitzgerald, J.) affirming an order of the New Hampshire Department of Labor (DOL) requiring the plaintiff to make wage adjustments of $143,153.24. We reverse.
