MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LYNN, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed on November 1, 2001. The Court finds the Plaintiff was an exempt executive employee for the majority of his employment with the Defendant. Therefore, the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
