This case involves two competing claims to a parcel of real property located in Rye Beach. Specifically, Louis D'Auria, a judgment creditor and intervenor, appeals a Superior Court (Murphy, J.) decision that his attachment on the property is second in priority to plaintiff Annette DeMauro's attachment. We affirm.
