OPINION

HOFFMAN, Senior Judge.

Plaintiffs-Appellants Vron Mishler and Dianne Mishler (collectively, "the Mishlers") appeal the trial court's grant of a preliminary injunction requested by Defendant-Appellee MAC Systems, Inc.

("MAC"). We reverse and remand.1
