In the two indictments before the court, defendant John Taylor stands charged with murder in the first degree and lesser crimes in connection with a robbery and shooting that left five persons dead and two injured inside a Wendy's restaurant in Flushing, Queens. With respect to each indictment, the People have served and filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty...
