Zan Morgan appeals a judgment of conviction for possession of THC, second offense, in violation of WIS. STAT. § 961.41(3g)(e) (1999-2000).1 Morgan contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress an inculpatory statement he made in response to a police officer's question without being given Miranda warnings.2 We conclude
