Plaintiff Glenn Laser has filed suit under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. He challenges the denial by defendant Provident Life & Accident Insurance Co. ("Provident") of his claim for long-term disability benefits. Both parties have moved for summary judgment.
