[¶ 1] L. Kevin Gilbert appeals from two summary judgments entered in the Superior Court (Franklin County, Marden, J.). One judgment is in favor of Beverly Gilbert, Kevin's former wife, in her action to recover insurance proceeds paid to the Gilberts after their home and its contents were damaged by a fire.
