THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Respondent, v. JESUS FUENTES, Appellant.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by making the sentences imposed on the convictions of assault in the second degree run concurrently with the sentences imposed on the convictions of burglary in the first degree, rape in the first degree, and sodomy in the first degree; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
