Katherine Webb appeals from the county court's decision determining that her deceased mother, Joy Evone Craven, was domiciled in Nebraska at the time of her death. The sole issue is whether Nebraska or Montana is her domicile. Joy died in Montana. She established a post office box in Montana, obtained a Montana driver's license, and registered a car there.
