Petitioner-Appellant William A. Anthony, a state prisoner incarcerated for aggravated murder, appeals the district court's order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. The only issue on appeal is whether the trial court's admission of the testimony of two witnesses, recounting statements made by an out-of-court declarant, violated the Sixth Amendment's Confrontation Clause...
