MARQUARDT, J.:

Larry F. Rocha appeals the trial court's revocation of his probation. We reverse and remand with directions to release Rocha from confinement and terminate his probation.

In July 1996, Rocha was charged with one count of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and one count of possession of marijuana without a tax stamp. Rocha pled no contest to one count of possession of marijuana...
