This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial District of Harrison County dismissing a complaint filed, pro se, by the plaintiff, Ed Little (Little), against the Mississippi Department of Human Services (DHS) alleging DHS improperly took custody of Little's son. The matter out of which the complaint arose was brought by DHS in the Youth Court of Harrison County, from which Little did not appeal...
