¶ 1 This is appeal is from the judgment and order entered following a jury verdict in favor of Appellees1 in an action they commenced following Appellee's diagnoses with asbestosis and restrictive lung disease. The order at issue sanctioned Appellant based upon its refusal to settle under Philadelphia Local Rule *212.12. We affirm the jury's verdict, but reverse the order entering sanctions.
