At issue in this case is whether defendants, Goldwasser Moving and Storage Company, Inc. d/b/a A-Arpin Moving & Storage and its general manager, Robert Goldwasser (collectively referred to hereinafter as "Goldwasser"), are entitled to summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs' claims against them.
