SCHALLER, J.

The plaintiff, Erica Rivera, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered after it granted the motion to dismiss that was filed by the defendant, the city of Meriden. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly granted the defendant's motion to dismiss her case.1 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
