In this consolidated appeal, Robert I. Marshall in case No. S-02-068 and Alfred V. Bartlett in case No. S-02-069 appeal from an order of the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission (TERC) reversing determinations made by the Dawes County Board of Equalization.
