This is a Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) case in which Cenobio E. Navarro, representative of the Estate of Manuela Navarro, claims the exposure to diesel exhaust at the Union Pacific rail yard in Laredo, Texas, caused Manuela Navarro's bone marrow cancer and resulting death.
