Appellant, Antonyo Terrell Spight, was charged by indictment with possession with intent to manufacture or deliver cocaine weighing more than 400 grams. After the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence, appellant pleaded guilty and, pursuant to a plea agreement with the State, was sentenced to 15 years confinement.
