This is the Court's decision on appellate review of a decision of the Court of Common Pleas granting Appellee/Defendant's motion to dismiss a subrogation action directed against her as an individual tortfeasor and denying Appellant/Plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint to add the tortfeasor's insurer as a defendant. For the reasons stated below, the decision of the lower court is reversed...
