LAVERY, C. J.

The defendant, Suzanne H. Bernier,1 appeals from the trial court's denial of her motion to open the judgment of strict foreclosure. On appeal, the defendant argues that the trial court improperly denied her motion. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
